Seller sent me wrong item. I need to return the wrong item, paypal states there is a return shipping label in transaction details. however i do not see one at all. Do i need to confirm receipt(not being able to dispute) so i can get a return label? I dont want a refund i just want to receive the right item and return the wrong one. pls help bc customer service couldnt answer that question
