Hi,
I made a transfert (100€) from my paypal account to my boyfriend's one, and paypal retained 3,25% of the total amount. I already claimed twice the money, but paypal refused to give it back. The reasons paypal gave me:
- Additional fees --> For what? It is a normal transfert from one account to another
- Shipment fees --> I wasn't buying anything from him, just sending money
- Difference of currency --> We both live in Spain with a spanish bank account thus dealing with euros.
I tried to reach paypal via the message center but the service seems to be temporarily unavailable. What should I do?
