Has anyone heard of this retailer? Kunxun? They advertised a woman’s sweat outfit? A promise of an email was supposed to be sent, but nothing so far. The purchase was made on 2-26-2020?

Hi thank you for the reply. Unfortunately it’s not coming up on my pay pal account ? So I’m not sure how to submit something. Maybe I’ll have to dispute with my credit card company

It sounds like the purchase was made as a guest transaction. You can also check in with customer service to see if there are any options through PayPal.
