Why cant I get onto my act as it states restrictions???? & was prompted to send I'd to verify me.. I have tried calling PayPal get cut off. Have tried messaging I get left in limbo. What is going on? Have asked for a phone call (nothing) has my act been hacked (no idea) Can anyone help me please. I send proof of who I am (but had no response) any help appreciated
