Honestly this is getting really frustrating, my account is restricted cause apparently Im linked with my sons account a negative balance PayPal won’t remove the restrictions cause that negative balance needs to get paid. I’ve talked to the limitation department and the only way they can remove the restriction on my account is if that negative balance is due to an open claim on my sons account. So I asked my son about his account and guess what it is an open claim, I told him to send me screenshots so I can have proof. So I emailed PayPal, I uploaded the screenshots in the resolution page and still they don’t want to remove the restriction on my account. It’s not fair that I have to deal with my sons issue. And I feel that it’s unlawful for PayPal to hold on to my hard earning money. What do I do?
