Restriction

I have linked my bank card to my Paypal due to a limit put on my account and received an email that I can send money but not withdraw!!!>>> I have tried to send money numerous times and still get the ''Your account has an issue/problem'' message! I do not know what else you want me to do! I work online and only get paid via PayPal so I dunno how I am supposed to pay for my bills with a restricted account! What am I expected to do to remove the restriction/limit?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
