Restricted account - wrong country

Hi - could someone please help me out - my business account is restricted although I provided all neccessary information, documents, confirmed bank account,... but I noticed that by the company owner there is Germany instead of Slovenia - how can I change that and unlock the limited account? Thank you so much!

You can't use another countries paypal account, you would need to close that one if you can and then open one in your own country.
