Hello my account is limited. I’ve purchased laptop last time which got canceled by PayPal but was claimed that was canceled be buyer but on my screen was said it was canceled by me and then it said was canceled because was not accepted for 30 days so got returned. It was paid by check which got cleared. Seller confirmed that check cleared on his account. PayPal still holds my account limited and I seller won’t ship my laptop and I can’t get my refund. What do I do in this case. Please help with advice or PayPal if you see this please activate my account and return my payement back on my PayPal account.
