Hello. Paypal have susspended my account, as i opened it before i was 18yrs old. Now im 20yrs old. I want to close this account and open NEW with SAME email address as there. Is that possible ? If yes, can somebody share with me steps ? I tried throught My account setting and close account but it didn't allowed me to do that, as my accounts is Restricted. Hope to resolve this problem.
