Restoring Account Access - Provide purchase receipt from your supplier

I have not used this paypal account in quite some time, but recently someone purchased an old listing of mine on a sneaker selling site, which I forgot was still posted.  I still have the item and wish to send it to the buyer, but my account has been restricted.  To restore access, I need to "provide purchase receipt from your supplier", except I have no such thing.  The item in question is shoes I purchased with cash from a friend years ago, and there was, of course, no receipt involved.  Is there any way around this?  I genuinely want to send the shoes and I can provide proof of fulfillment once I ship the item, but I'm not doing so if I won't be able to withdraw the money.

Has the buyer paid? If not then accept payment another way?

If they have paid then you would need to contact c.s. for account issues.
