Hello!!! I've been on hold for over two hours now, just need to know what i should do.
I have two cases that i need to respond to but none of the response options apply. Money was sent to me by a friend and was accidentally sent as goods and services. There was a problem with her account and the funds are being help. She has taken care of things on her end but now Paypal wants me to respond. The problem that i need help with is that when i go to respond, the options are all about a sale/purchase which this was not. It was just a friend helping a friend. What should i do????
