I have put in a dispute about an online purchase I made. I received a totally different product from what was advertised and now the seller says that they will refund me in full if I ship the item back at my expense. I can’t see an option on how to dispute this response further. I don’t see how shipping expenses should fall on me when I was sold a totally different item to what I ordered.

I'm in the same boat. I can't get any information from PayPal on this. I am asked to upload tracking information in resolution centre. I have sent 5 emails asking about cost of returning the faulty item. No answer. We are meant to be protected? Also customer service very poor. Can't get through. Can't send formal complaint
