Responding to a currect dispute

I have a current case open on PayPal and the trader has now sent me a response.  Paypal are handling the claim, therefore been told not to contact the trader.

They have told me to return the goods to China, but I am not willing to pay the postage costs - I am trying to respond to a message Paypal have sent me, but don't know how to do it.  I have gone into the claim, but it wont let me respond.

I have this exact same issue.  They want me to return an item to China (it was shipped to me from the US) and the thing they sent me is worth about a buck 98.  This is clearly a scam.  They send you an item totally unlike what you ordered then demand the ridiculous return to China at our expense.  Paypal needs to look into this further.

WAIT FOR PAYPAL TO TELL YOU TO RETURN IT AS THEY WILL CONFIRM ADDRESS FOR RECEIPT BUT..........

In the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country because....

Paypal state this >>
PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
