I am trying to respond to a dispute but it is giving me this error
but i am getting an error that says "something has gone wrong"
how can i respond as i need to do this asap

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
We are aware of a technical issue that is causing some people to get this error when adding information to a claim. We are working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible. The good news is that for most people the document is actually coming through to us. You will know this has happened when the case state changes to say that we are reviewing. If you don't see this change just drop us an email so we can help. You will find our email contact by clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
