Hi,
I have a dispute case open which I need to respond to.
I hit Respond, type my text, attache a 1.1 MB PDF (it says max. 10 MB is supported) and hit Submit.
Instead of sending my response every time it raises an error message, sometimes "notification.Service Unavailable", other times (more often) it is "Let's try that again, looks like something went wrong on our end".
I've been getting these errors for 3 days now.
Tried to contact PayPal via mail, by chat with no luck.
Any idea how to get someone look into this issue and fix it?
Thanks,
Gabor

Reach out to PayPal Support and ask them to reply to the claim for you.
That's what I did and they were happy to assist me.
This functionality still did not work by the time when my case was closed but it did not affect PayPal's investigation process.

Chat worked for me, though it took a day or two to get a reply from a support representative.
If you ping them before the deadline expires you should be good.
