I am extremely dissatisfied with the Paypal support system, every support option besides calling in presents you with an automatic messaging system. My problem is unique and therefore cannot be answered by any of these, calling in is the only option I can go through with as the other systems have proven no avail. I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes and counting. My account is being restricted/limited due to another account with similar details having trouble. This is not where there is a problem, I have a very old account that has a negative balance and I cannot pay this off as every time I try to recover the password of the said account, I get a message saying "There was an issue on our end". I am not even sure this is the specific problem because of how vague Paypal is with the message.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
