Resolve limited access issue.

Hi,

I sold an item on eBay and immediately my PayPal account became limited - meaning I can't withdraw money from it.

To resolve the issue PayPal asked to submit picture of driver's licence and shipping confirmation, which I did.

The third item is "purchase receipt from your supplier" - but I didn't purchase anything, so don't have a receipt.

What can I do to restore the access to my account?

It is soon will be limited even more if don't resolve this issue.
