Resolve issue

Hi, 

I live in China as a student. I have ICBC bank account with UNIPAY debit card. I live in the university dormitory so I have no address proof without the university ID card, electricity and mobile bill also pay online. so how can I proof my address? i already try bank statement and university ID card.

• Cell phone bill
