Resolve dispute

This is my second attempt to post. don't think my first complaint/question went through. Has anyone had any luck is speaking with someone?  I was only able to reach a lengthy recorded message.

 

Paypal tells me they are waiting for the seller to state they received the merchandise. Even though I have sent two copies of emails from the seller stating they received the product. At this point I can't even send another message on-line.

If you have returned goods to a seller as the result of winning an item received but not as described dispute then you have to provide paypal with a TRACKING NUMBER that proves delivery of the item to the seller before you get a refund.

Thanks for trying to help. It was shipped USPS as requested by the seller. Unfortunately, according to USPS they do not provide a TRACKING NUMBER to that locale. They did however sent an email to me stating they had received the product. I pasted that email into the dispute resolution area at PayPal twice, but thanks for trying.

 

I won't be ordering from China in the future.  That I had already decided.

Don't give up, phone or message them again and state you have done everything required of you under buyer protection and you want your refund......

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

Thank you for responding, I'm still waiting for Pay Pal response. I posted requested info twice before they closed case and now emailed complaint center. Told a response may take 10 days.

Not sure if I responded. There is no tracking number for this city in China. I did supply a copy of shipping receipt and an email from the Retailer stating they received product. I now know not to order anything from China.
