Resolutions Centre

How does one upload to resolutions centre please? I’ve been sent an email requesting further evidence required, n I’m totally frustrated sorry. I log into PayPal (done) I press on resolutions centre (done) all it come up with is asking me to fill in a questionnaire on my experience today on resolutions! I cannot find anywhere it says how to upload or chat to or how I actually get this requested info to them (time is of the essence) as my case will close in two days time. Please can someone help? @RGGTLD,

If you don't see an "upload" option in the Resolution Centre, you wouldn't be able to upload documentation to a claim.  If you've received an email from PayPal asking for additional information, this option will be visible.  To upload a document to the Resolution Center:

1. Go to Resolution Centre.

2. Click Respond on the case row.

3. On the case details page, click Respond.

4. Choose I'd like to submit the requested info.

5. 'Drag and drop' or 'Browse' for the files you wish to add.

6. Enter a description if needed and click Submit.
