Hi, Ive recently been the victim of a PayPal issue where I’ve returned an item to the seller for a refund and when I didn’t get an refund opened up a dispute. Know I have found out that the dispute has been closed by PayPal. It’s seems that they claim to have emailed me for more information( no emails received) and when they didn’t get a reply they closed the dispute in favour of the seller who not only gets the returned item back but also quite a substantial amount of money. I was under the impression that once I had opened the dispute the seller had 30 days to reply and find it a bit frustrating that this has happened 15 days into the 30 day period. I have received no emails inbox or spam, an I’m wondering why I would need respond to a claim that I opened
