In a dispute apparently with a scammer. Been in resolution center. The last day seller had to respond was today and surprisingly they said my item was shipped. I also have an email saying it was shipped on 11-9-2020. They took my money on 11-02-2020. Is paypal aware they are **bleep**ing me around? How much more time are they going to let them do this!
