I've been scammed twice and I have the evidence to prove which I've provided... but PayPal keep extending the dates for the resolution to be closed why is that so frustrating
Sadly paypal are inundated with claims at the moment from buyers that bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads so all claims are delayed and getting pushed back.
All you can do is wait it out for your turn in the queue for a review and hope you get a refund.

While Paypal may be inundated with claims for illegal scams from chineses stores, I like to add that Amazon issued a refund to me within 2 hours for a chinese scam, while Paypal keeps moving the resolution date. It's enough to make me realise Paypal is a waste of time. I have provided all the evidence. Paypal should have filters in place to ensure scammers can't use Paypal as pseudo security.
