I have had my claim refused even though the company said I could have a full refund, I’ve returned the goods and sent proof of postage, it’s not fair

What was the reason for PP to refuse refund, after returning and showing prove you returned items.

They said I hadn’t sent them the proof of posting and the address label to where I sent it which I had sent them twice

If you can show PP you had sent it in time. Then try to get the case re-opened. Use chat feature in message center, no other way seems to work.
