I disagree completely with the so called. “ investigation “ in my dispute. This morning £102 has been taken from my bank account from someone I don’t have dealings with. I did not authorise it or authorise my card details as supposed on August 13th?? Now I’m told it’s been investigated and it’s found it’s valid!!!! Is that it?? I have no other recourse of action? This is outrageous . I’ve had no goods or services, and because it’s a well known company I’m supposed to stand to it? I’ve tried contacting them directly and they’re saying at least 28 days!!? I can’t wait that long for £102!!!’
