I contacted the resolution center because I did not receive my order. Then a package came but it was not what I ordered. Now, if I try to make a complaint it just continues to say its resolved. I want my money back. What do I do?

Hi, you will need to file a dispute, you can do so through the Message Center. From there you can file the dispute or ask to talk with a representative and get it sorted out in person.

If the first dispute is closed then you can't open a second dispute.

However customer services may open a second one for you if the item turned up and was misdescribed, but you would need to contact them first.
