I bought an item on 7 may Just under £40 , by july i still hadn’t received it and although numerous emails to the company i had no response- i opened a dispute and then escalated to claim my money back - it appears no response has been logged from them via paypal either but the End date Keeps changing! Now its showing september , its been over 3 months now? I cant seem to contact paypal via phone to see why its taking ages, ijust want my money back
I'm having the same problem, it has been over 4 months and the resolution date just keeps changing and going further out! My first resolution date was June 7! Now its September 12 and I bet on the 12th it will be changed again. How do we contact PayPal to resolve this??
