Resolution response errors

Trying to respond to PayPal notice on my dispute case but every time I submit my response it says an error has occurred and revert me back to the resolution interface. This I can’t submit my respond. Any suggestion?

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues responding to that Dispute. I would first recommend clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history or try a different device all together to login from. If you're still having issues responding, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support over the phone to help you respond to that case.
