I'm really fed up with PayPal resolution... I took a dispute out against a seller from China who did not send 1of 3items that I ordered. I wanted the cost of the item refunding. PayPal are now saying nearly months later that I have to go to the police and file a report and that I only have 3 days to do it or they will go in favour of the seller. Like the police are going to be bothered with a missing parcel!! I work full time.. When do I have chance to go to the police? I'm fuming!
