Resolution problem

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows if I can dispute a resolution that was not in my favor. I tried the phone number associated with business (non working) I tried to email the 2 accounts associated with transaction and one was not working the other no answer. The PayPal resolution center said they found in the sellers favor as they proved item was delivered. How can I see that proof? I am out 250.00 dollars because of this fraudulent sellar. I have proof that I had to go out and buy the same item for 250.00 I have my receipt....how can I get PayPal to prove to me what the seller said was their proof of delivery. Liars
