I have been trying to resolve an issue where a hacker gained access to my credit card informztion. My bank immediately cancelled the card. I contacted PayPal immediately also and notified them with the incident/resolution report because my card was being used to purchase gift cards through PayPal. I have tried many times to completely resolve this, but paypal is asking me to confirm the very credit card that the hacker used. I was also told a service charge would be put on my card when I confirmed it. Help! I have no way that I know of to update my cards and get my account cleared up. Thanks
