Resolution in my favor... can't get the funds

I have had a resolution pending since April. It finally closed in my favor. Unfortunately, the funds are not showing in my recent activity or in my bank. Another resolution that I opened in June was found in my favor and the funds were in my bank the very next day. What is wrong with the disputes center? Can't I get the money and call it a day?

paypal protects fraudsters, you won't get anything at all.

All I am getting are lousy badges. How nice. I want my money! I bet PayPal is making interest off all our funds sitting in their bank.
