Resolution escalation

I currently have a claim in resolution, it’s obvious bickering back and forth with the sell won’t be getting me anywhere, can I escalate the claim and give PayPal my info/proof without having to message her with it?

The dispute stage is for negotiation with the seller and to provide any information you want paypal to later read.

Once you escalate to a claim then paypal become involved BUT you won't be able to submit any more information unless paypal requests it.
