I ordered a item which apparently was from China. 3 weeks later I received an item worth maybe a dollar, totally different from what advertised item was. I reported this to Resolution Center with photos. I then opened correspondence with seller to no satisfaction. I just received a decision by the Center that my dispute was denied because I had received the item. I cannot get through to anyone at PayPal to get this corrected. So frustrating!!
