Can anyone help please? I have an ongoing dispute which I have to respond to by the 13th Oct but when I go to the resolution centre and try to send my response when I press the submit button I just get the same message every time stating "something went wrong please try again". This has been going on for four days now! I've tried ringing PayPal but no joy there either. I've engaged in an auto chat online and asked to move it on to a customer service agent who should have messaged me within a few hours but have heard nothing. I've sent an email but have nothing to show whether they had been sent/received. I've run out of options, can anyone help please?
