Hello, I have read a recent PayPal dispute decided in my favour. I have returned the item however I am unable to upload tracking to the claim. I have tried on multiple devices with them all saying ‘something went wrong’. What should I do as I am getting no luck from the chat feature and PayPal’s phone number is currently down?
