Bought an expensive new windsurfing board online, arrived with a hole in it.
Not good for something that goes on the water.
Item was recorded as delivered damaged.
Shop initially very responsive, but where not forthcoming with a solution.
Open a case but was ruled against, I don't really understand how. Can I appeal this ?
