Due to tick box robots the Resolution centre think I complained about a 'not as described item'. Their response was that the item had been altered while in my possession. The item is a soldering iron and the only alteration was due to it melting and falling to pieces in use. The fact that the hot tip nearly fell in my lap was of no relavanse to them, neither was the photograph of the melted part that I supplied. What luxury it would be to be able to actually speak to someone.
