Months ago I filed a resolution centre case with PayPal due to not receiving the goods i had purchased. I had later discovered that the site had been shut down and I had been scammed. The case I had opened remains open and the resolution date keeps being knocked back. PayPal state that they have your back which is why I had chosen to use them but so far they haven't.
