Resolution centre found in my favour

Hi all, I purchased something from the inter using PayPal as funding, for 9 days after purchase I hadn't recieved tracking details from the seller despite asking, started a PayPal claim for item not received. 4 days later seller sent tracking to PayPal, now nearly 1 month later PayPal found in my favour, BUT the item arrived after the claim was started and claim status was under investigation so couldn't cancel the claim. Now had email from seller saying that I have stolen the item as PayPal have refunded me after receiving the item. What's the best thing to do?

If you are happy with the item then just ask the seller to send you a money request and pay again?
