Hi, i want to close a case I opened on the resolution center. It’s currently in the stage of being reviewed by PayPal. I followed these steps https://www.paypal.com/gb/selfhelp/article/how-do-i-close-a-dispute-or-a-claim-faq1782/1 but they don’t work. I do not have the option to cancel or close and they don’t show up once I click on the case ID.
