Is any one else having problems with Paypal. They seem to have an endless circle that gets you nowhere. Their resolution form does not work. If you try to tell them they end up telling you to go to the resolution form. I tried there messaging and they kept sending me to the resolution form. I tried calling and they tried sending me to eBay and it was the wrong number and I got diconnected. Had PayPal become unusable?

I'm having similar problems; the resolution center is useless. The online forms don't work and if you message them, someone who doesn't speak English will answer you and they never make any sense. A Chinese scammer took me for $60; Paypal should cover this under their guarantee but they are giving me a runaround. I can't even find a phone number to call paypal to discuss with a real person
