Resolution center problem

Hi,

i need to dispute a purchase, item isn't as described, when I go into the resolution center the only choice I am given is to report unauthorized activity.

I have used the resolution center before with no issues and I can't figure out what the problem is.

Where are all the other choices?

We don't see all the other options to dispute when a payment is sent as a Personal payment through PayPal. Reviewing the payment details will help you understand whether the payment is protected as per PayPal Buyer Protection Policy. 

 

If you are only given the option to report unauthorized activity, it typically means the payment isn't protected and could have been sent using the 'Friends and Family' option.
