I have attempted to submit a problem with a seller numerous times, (6), from different devices and the submission never completes. Just the spinning circle. I have let it go for hours, still no joy. This is a problem in itself. I'm dealing with a recalcitrant seller, a large national resturant supply company, and I need paypal to step in at this point. Suggestions?
