now i have to open a dispute case to get a refund however when im in the resolution centre i'll click on the transaction and when i hit continue my ONLY option on the next screen says "i want to report unauthorized activity, Report suspicious activity, transactions and account changes you didn’t authorize." which is not what i want, i just want to dispute the transaction and get a refund....
