Resolution cente

I have a dispute receiving a refund from a seller.  I have painstakingly for three days attempted to have PayPal help me, I cant get a reaction from the Resolution centre, I have at my expense made three phone calls to PayPal agents, who have been no help whatsoever.  I am hoping someone out there will see my plight and respond, I am disappointed, disillusioned and devastated not to be able to resolve my situation.
