I am EXTREMELY frustrated with PayPal and their tactics, atrocious website and ineptness. I have been fighting a known scam for months. I've had to reopen a closed case because PayPal "failed to attach my forms" to my file. It's nearly impossible to send photos or documents and then they lose them. Then they tell me to contact my bank about reimbursement. WHAT? My bank is not responsible. PayPal promised to protect me but they make it so difficult for the victim. I'm supposed to pay return shipping on a second case. So I lose money while the scammers lose nothing. PayPal needs to get their sh-stuff together.

They don't promise to protect you, buyer protection is not an insurance policy, they give you 'some' buyer protection but its up to you to risk assess your own transactions.

 

As for return shipping (until the policy changes) then paypal do exactly what they say they will do and that is get you a full refund on return of the item.


Paypal state this >>
PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.

FAKE SILVER COINS

How can you find for the seller? Are you kidding? Where is the justice! THEY HAVE BOTH THEIR FAKE PRODUCT RETURNED AND MY MONEY AND YOU DENIED ME????  I sent you the Australia Post returns information twice which told you who it was sent to and how much it cost me. I can't believe this sort of treatment. What sort of an investigation system are you running? Don't expect any positive reviews from me: I will tell all my friends, family and co-workers about how YOU ROBBED ME. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
