Hello everyone, I would appreciate it if someone can give me some help on what I’m facing over here. I have purchased an item and I was obviously scammed by the seller who disappeared right after providing a false tracking information that does not even exist. I then opened a case and escalated to PayPal resolution centre since beginning of February,it is now and of March and my resolution date keeps changing every day and moving forward without Any Notification. I don’t know how to contact PayPal or if I will ever get my money back since it was an expensive item. Are we really covered in these cases. What is then the purpose of people, the seller has now responded if he has obviously taken the money,has anyone faced something similar before?
