I have now logged on four times and completed a request for a resolution to an incorrect item being received. Each time I filled the entire form I tried to load the supporting file but all this uploaded was the screenshot of the my documents folder , not the document I was pointing it to! I gave up on this but then when I went to submit the form it asked me to log in I was logged in! If I completed the log in request which I had to so it took me back to a BLANK form - FOUR times I tried same result! In the end I had to use the "text" option! which was a partial success as I could include the File data supporting my request
I've tried to find out if there is an issue at their end or something here but cannot anyone else have issues?
