Hi, just wondering if anyone else has lodged a refund request via the resolution centre, adhered to all the requests for information, returns requests and photographic evidence and within all the prescribed deadlines yet the resolution centre date for decisions keeps moving further and further away? I escalated my claim on 11th January was told I’d get a decision on 3rd Feb, then 7th, 10th, 17th, 23rd Feb - just checked tonight and it’s moved again to 1st March! Why is it constantly being moved when I’ve provided all possible evidence from this end??
